Model for Decathlon
At a very young age, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Decathlon through an early connection to the surf industry. With the global design center for water sports located in Hendaye, where I grew up as a surfer, I was naturally introduced to this environment.
I took part in product testing sessions, evaluating surfboards and wetsuits in real conditions, while also participating in photoshoots for in-store campaigns. This experience gave me early exposure to both the professional world and modeling.
Beyond that, it allowed me to earn my first income (accessible when I turned 18) and to build a strong connection with the brand. This early experience later came full circle when I returned to Decathlon as an engineering intern.
The Water Sports Center in Hendaye is Decathlon’s global design hub dedicated to water sports. It brings together engineers, designers, and athletes to develop, test, and improve products such as surfboards and wetsuits in real ocean conditions.
